The development history of Zhongyi Machinery's production and maintenance

1. From 1954 to 1993, post-maintenance developed to preventive maintenance. Post-maintenance is only the use of the equipment. Generally, the equipment is not maintained and repaired until the equipment fails. This method of use will cause equipment damage and reduce the life of the equipment. Therefore, this maintenance method is in urgent need of improvement, and naturally developed to preventive maintenance. Preventive maintenance is mainly to carry out some simple maintenance of machinery and equipment, such as regular oiling, frequent wiping of dust, and replacement of screws and nuts. These simple maintenance do have many benefits for extending the service life of the equipment, but they are not enough.

2. From 1994 to 1998, it developed from preventive maintenance to improved maintenance. The company has improved the preventive maintenance method, replacing parts according to the life cycle of the equipment parts, so that the equipment runs more normally. According to the service cycle of the parts, the parts can be replaced before the service life of the parts expires, which not only effectively utilizes the parts, but also prevents the occurrence of failure.

3. From 1999 to 2006, it developed from improved maintenance to maintenance prevention stage. Entering the maintenance and prevention stage, the company not only maintains the equipment, but also combines maintenance and prevention. Through a certain record of the operation of the equipment, according to the operation of the equipment (such as changes in sound and color), it can be judged whether the equipment is normal. The company introduced 6S management in 2006 and established Zhongyi Machinery's on-site management standards: the paint sees its true color, and the axis sees its brightness. During this period, in 1999 passed the ISO 9002: 1994 quality assurance system certification; in 2003, passed the ISO 9001: 2000 quality management system certification.

4. Since 2007, it has developed from maintenance and prevention to the stage of production and maintenance for all employees. In early 2007, the company introduced the TPM concept. In the maintenance and prevention stage, equipment maintenance is mainly carried out by professionals in the equipment section. The main difference between the production and maintenance of all employees and the prevention of maintenance is that: all employees are required to be responsible for the maintenance of the equipment, and the participation of all employees is emphasized. The production operators must truthfully fill in the "Equipment Daily Inspection Form" every day to facilitate communication among team members . During the period, the company passed the ISO/TS16949 quality management system certification in 2009; in 2010, it passed the ISO14000 environmental management system certification.

The development trend of Zhongyi machinery production and maintenance

In the first stage of production and maintenance, the equipment is in the post-maintenance stage. Equipment maintenance is like a fire fighting team, and maintenance personnel are on standby at any time. In the second stage of production and maintenance, after the company introduced preventive maintenance (PM), equipment management was removed from the post-maintenance (BM) stage. For the entire life of the equipment, preventive maintenance (PM:)→improved maintenance (CM)→maintenance prevention (MP). The production activity of improving equipment is collectively referred to as production maintenance (PM for short). In the evolution of equipment automation, that is It is self-maintenance, in other words, it starts with self-maintenance, which greatly reduces failures and rapidly improves equipment efficiency. The promotion of TPM is based on five pillars (independent maintenance, individual improvement, planned maintenance, skills improvement training for operation and maintenance, and initial equipment management). The purpose is to achieve the highest efficiency of equipment, based on group activities, involving all equipment system. In order to maintain a sustainable profitable corporate body, JIPM is compliant with the advent of the cost-oriented TPM stage and clarifies the relationship between the cost structure and the loss structure. Therefore, a TPM that can reflect cost reductions has been developed, and the past five pillars have been developed. In addition, the three pillars (quality and maintenance, efficiency of indirect affairs, safety and health, and environment) have become eight pillars, making the content more expanded and more substantial.

Therefore, the development trend of Zhongyi Machinery’s TPM (full-staff production and maintenance): 1. All employees from the management level down to the front line participate in the pursuit of the goal of three "zeros", that is, zero disasters, zero defects, and zero Failure and prevent all losses in advance. 2. The production and maintenance of Zhongyi Machinery began in 1954. Afterwards, it has experienced preventive maintenance, improved maintenance, and maintenance prevention stages. By 2007, the production and maintenance of all employees has been introduced, and the history of production and maintenance has been nearly 60 years.
